The Snail

INGREDIENTS

Plain Flour                    - 300 gms
Butter                           - 125 gms
Caster Sugar                - ½ tbls
Milk                             - 1 ¼
Fresh yeast                   - 25 gms

FILLING

Butter                           - 100 gms
Sugar                           - 75 gms
Cinnamon                     - 1 tbls
Raisins                          - ½ cup

METHOD

Stir yeast with little milk. Mix together with all the other ingredients. Cover it and leave for 20 minutes to rise. Roll out dough and spread the filling. Roll up and cut into half cms. Bake for 20 minutes at 350º F.
