Condensed Milk Cake (Egg less)

INGREDIENTS

Condensed milk                        - 1 tin

Plain flour                                 - 200 gms ( 7 ozs)

Butter                                       - 150 gms ( 5 ozs)

Water                                       - ¾ cup

Sugar                                        - 4 tbls

Baking powder                         - 1 ½ tps

Vanilla                                      - 1 ½ tps

Cocoa                                      - 2 tbls

Chopped nuts                           - ½ cup

METHOD

Sieve all dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar well. Mix condensed milk with water. Add flour and milk alternately into the creamed mixture. Finally add the essence and nuts. Bake in a moderate oven at 350º F till done.
