INGREDIENTS
Plain flour - 2 cups
Egg - 1
Butter - 2 tbls (melted)
Cheese - ¾ cup
Quaker oats and almonds
METHOD
Mix flour, egg, butter and Quaker oats. Cover it with biscuit paper or oil paper and keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Flatten and cut into biscuits. Put white of egg and place cheese and almonds. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
