Coco Cake

INGREDIENTS

Butter                           - 125 gms
Castor sugar                 - 125 gms
Eggs                             - 2
Coco                            - 28 gms
Plain flour                     - 125 gms
Baking powder             - 1 tsp
Milk                             - 1 ½ tbls

METHOD

Mix butter and sugar until soft and fluffy. Add in eggs one at a time and mix well. Add coco and mix. Then add flour, baking powder and milk. Grease the baking pan, pour the mixture in and bake for about 30 minutes.
