INGREDIENTS
Butter - 250 gm (8ozs)
Corn flour - 1 cup
Plain flour - ¾ cup
Icing sugar - 4 tbsps
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
METHOD
Have butter at room temperature. Cream butter and sifted icing sugar until light and fluffy. Add sifted flour and sifted corn flour, mix in vanilla and beat until smooth. Put mixture into piping bag fitted with 1cm (½ inch) star tube. Pipe biscuits on slightly greased oven trays in decorative shapes about 5cm (2 inch) long. Bake in moderate oven for 12 to 15 minutes until pale brown. Allow to cool on wire racks.
