Swiss Tarts

INGREDIENTS

Butter               - 4 ozs
Icing Sugar       - 1 ½ ozs
Plain flour         - 2 ozs
Corn flour         - 2 ozs

METHOD

Cream butter and icing sugar. Work in flour and corn flour. Pipe into small paper cases. Bake for about 45 minutes in very moderate oven at 350º F until pale brown. Fill centre with jam.
