INGREDIENTS
Plain flour - 4 cupful
Caster sugar - 1 cupful
Groundnuts - ½ cup (roasted & pounded, not too fine)
Sesame seeds - ¼ cup
Ghee - ¾ cup (melted)
Vanilla - 2 tsp
METHOD
Mix dry ingredients together. Pour in the ghee and mix well with finger tips. Flour wooden moulds and press mixture into it. Turn out pressed biscuits onto a greased tray and bake for about 15 minutes in oven
at 350º F.
